St. George with Grandma & Grandpa O.

We stopped by for a short visit with my Grandparents on our way to CA.  They have become "snow birds" and have purchased a second home in southern Utah for my Grandma's health during the winter.  We had a delightful visit!  They took us on a gorgeous hike!  We couldn't believe how nice the weather is (it is still winter in northern Utah).  Sennika was even able to interview them both and add them to our family encyclopedia she is creating. :)

Putting Grandma and Grandpa's rocking chair to "good use" AKA brother mischief!

Le picking up rocks.  The boys pockets were seriously loaded with rocks!  Le had a hard time keeping his pants up as he walked back to the car.  Boy mom life, right?

Sennika found an alternative to sunblock.

Grandma and Grandpa!

Grandma, Mom (Katy), and Grandpa!

Remember how I told you that Mark plans the best trips and vacations?  He found an amazing rec center and the kids (and even Mark and I) had a blast!

Senn's Dance Recital

All dolled up to go perform!  Sennika LOVES dance!  She dances with her whole heart.  Although she is not the top dancer in her class, she still loves to practice, perform, and of course---the times with other girls.  We are so proud of her!!!

Grandma & Grandpa W made a special trip down to support her...

...and then treated everyone to ice-cream after the performance.

Mark, Gavin, and their Bearded Friends...

Gavin and Mark with some of their fellow cast members from Savior of the World at the cast reunion.  These guys are also hoping for a spot in The Book of Mormon recordings.  Compared to their beards, I have nothing to complain about! :)

Families were invited to the reunion at the conference center (our family selfie on our way out in the parking garage)

13th Wedding Anniversary!!!

We celebrated the big 13!!!  We had family names we had found ourselves and done all of the work from baptisms to Initiatory to Endowment.  We were able to do proxy Sealings for an entire family!  It made the special day even sweeter.  There are many lies out there about what love "is" or "isn't."  Our love has been deepened through trials and difficulties as we have shoulder then side-by-side with God.  We cannot wait for more rounds of 13's as we continue our journey together hand-in-hand.

Meridian Temple Open House

These are from back in October.  Again, thanks to Mark's magic, we were able to attend the Meridian temple open house.  We were even able to pop in on some of our dear friends from Rexburg who have recently moved to the Meridian area.  Traveling to temples within reasonable distance is important to us.  We want our kids to understand the significance of temples.

Zions, Bryce, and the Cedar City Temple Open House

These pictures are from back in November.  Mark has been such a great planner and supporter to get our kids to as many temples as possible.  He plans the best trips and vacations!  These pictures do not do it justice!  Zions and Bryce were absolutely majestic...simply breath taking!!!  We loved sharing the beauty with the kids!
